Notes

Forgot to turn auto-lap back on on my watch.

I didn't have a workout planned for today but I didn't know if it would be bad to just do a very very easy recovery jog (hobble). Since Scott has been sick I didn't want to bug him about it.

Wow. I am pretty beat up from yesterday. The first few steps I thought it might be a bad idea but I decided to try to get to the end of my street and see if it got better. It did. Funny because I had told myself before hand to just take it really really slow-but there was no other option. I could only hobble along slowly.

I debated turning around after a mile but decided to just do 3. I felt better as time went on but I had to keep it extremely easy.

I did this because active recovery has done wonders for me in training-my body seems to recover quicker if I do a really easy run the next day. I hope this wasn't a mistake-but I was walking around easier after so maybe it helped. I did another ice bath this morning just in case and will wear my compression socks again today.

It seems to mainly be my right upper hamstring, near my glute, my right foot, and my left calf that are the most sore.
