Very easy 4. Felt really stiff at the beginning. I was happy to not have any strides to do because my legs felt resistant. It's amazing, sometimes my legs feel worse on random days like these than they felt after Saturday's 20 mile/fast 11.2 workout.

I felt better after a mile or two but definitely still stiff. Feeling good about how easy I've been taking my easy runs, though.
