Very easy 4.

I'm a little sore in my glutes I think from doing some core stuff yesterday but it's mild. Otherwise, my hip is feeling a ton better since the massage yesterday. I told her about it and she worked that area but it didn't really feel like she was hitting on much. However, it's noticeably much less tight. So that makes me happy!

Otherwise my legs are feeling good and I am ready to go! My HR seemed just slightly higher today and that made me super paranoid I'm catching Millard's sickness. Fingers crossed.
