Easy 3. It's nice to occasionally have 3 milers on the schedule. Just a nice little mental break, even when I know I'm running later or have already run earlier. They go by so fast.

My lower legs were kinda achy today and my feet were hurting a bit. Hopefully it'll feel better later on for my 2nd run.
