8 miles with 6x30s strides. I did 1 stride per mile through miles 2-7.
Decent run. Legs felt pretty good. Hit the foam roller/lacrosse ball again last night and my calves weren't as tight/sore so that's a good sign. I felt pretty light and good the first mile so I was really surprised how slow it was. Oh well. I felt pretty lazy initially but the strides helped me warm up.
