I definitely felt the effects of yesterday's workouts in my legs today. I did my workout in the morning with my PureConnects, did strength training right after, and then the run last night. It wasn't anything too bad but definitely felt the fatigue in my legs and without looking I could feel my heart rate was higher as my breathing was slightly more labored.

I also only slept about 4 hours last night so that didn't help.

Hopefully I'll feel fresher for tomorrow's long one.
