In an ideal world I would've done this hours later. But I wasn't sure when I'd be able to fit it in and didn't want to do it after eating. So I decided to just go ahead and get it over with. I took it super easy but my heart rate was elevated the whole time. Not a big surprise just a couple hours after the race. Felt super blah for 2 miles but felt better after that.
