Notes
Slow one today. I did an 8 mile loop that goes down to Richland Creek Greenway and then back up. I only do this route on easy days because the first mile and a half is mostly downhill, but then the last 3 miles have a ton of uphills. I don't normally fancy putting most of the uphill parts at the end of my routes but I like running on the greenway. So sometimes on easy days I do this one.
I didn't push this one at all. I felt a bit tired and my right calf was super crampy. I wore my PureConnects yesterday as I'm trying to transition them to faster workouts. My calves were a bit tired today so I guess I'm still adjusting to them. Running in them now is no problem but still feeling it a bit the day after.
Kind of sluggish run today.
