Very easy 3. First run with the new 620. I felt pretty good for this actually but was really slow. Garmin showed my cadence as 181 for this, my ground contact as 233 ms but apparently my vertical oscillation is a little higher than ideal.

The pace data was WAY more consistent with this watch. The graph actually looks like a fairly even line instead of bouncing up and down like it did with my last watch. The HR data though seemed to be a bit delayed. I'd be running down a hill before my HR would peak.

Anyway too much data but I am excited to keep using it. It told me I needed 31 hours of recovery time from this run...hahahaha. Hopefully after a couple of weeks it'll adjust.
