Notes
Nice, easy run. I wasn't sure how tired or sore I would feel today after yesterday's run. I felt pretty good. I didn't feel super fresh but I wasn't a zombie either. When mile 7 popped up on my screen I looked at my watch for the first time and saw I was going pretty slow so I thought I might pick it up just a little for the last mile. My body really resisted so I didn't try too hard. So, I felt some effects from yesterday but not too bad.
I did a route that I usually do if my workout calls for something hilly. So, there were a lot of hills but they're a lot easier to manage at this slow pace!
My ankle felt totally better today. No aches and pains at all thankfully.
