Very easy 6. I actually didn't feel too beat up today. I think the soreness I felt last night was due more to the core work I did Friday than the 11.2. When I started running, I definitely felt fatigue in my legs but it wasn't terrible. There weren't any tender spots or anything like that going on.

I tried to take it super easy and I felt like I was crawling but I made sure not to push. I thought it was only about 32 degrees so I dressed for that. I have to remember I normally run at 6 am, not 9 am like this morning, and with the sun out and the weather warming up, I had on too much clothing and felt like a rookie when I passed people in shorts and t-shirts. Oh well.

I felt sluggish for the first mile but my body got used to it. I'm not feeling really anything in my quads which surprises me-I hope I took the downhills hard enough yesterday.
