Nice easy 4 mile run. Felt really good. Trying to practice taking deep breaths instead of shallow breaths as I think that may be contributing to my cramping. I think the runny nose/congestion in the winter causes me to take shallow breaths which can make me cramp.

So weird to wake up and only run 4-but kind of nice too.
