Tried to take this one very easy. It felt great to just run laid back and leisurely. Leg was still about 80-90% better on uphills. Occasionally I still feel some inhibition but it's a lot better than it was. I am trying to stop fixing it so much this week and not do a lot of extra stretching and foam rolling. Probably what my body needs is to truly relax. So, I'll stick with my regular foam rolling before runs and stretching after but I'm gonna stop trying to do extra.
