HR monitor was going nuts the first mile.
First run in Asheville. I took it very easy. The route was mostly downhill the first mile and then had some uphills the second and had a really big uphill at the end of the fourth mile.
Felt like I could maybe feel the altitude a bit-just felt like all the hills were winding me more than normal. I am no stranger to hills and most of my routes at home have them but these were no joke.
