Notes
This was a good run. I was MUCH more sore this morning. That made it easier, actually, to take this one easy. Yesterday I kind of had fun speeding up a little at the end because I felt good. Today I didn't bother because tomorrow is my progression run and I didn't want to do anything to jeopardize that run.
I don't know why my heart rate always peaks in the first mile-that's so bizarre and I'm not sure if it's a glitch with my HR monitor or just my body adjusting.
