Notes
This run was so refreshing. I actually felt strong and I enjoyed it. My hamstrings were a bit sore from weights the day before and I was thinking that might hurt my run but they loosened up early on and were a non-issue. I did my pick-ups in every mile except mile 3 where I did 2. Well maybe it was mile 4. Anyway-one mile had 2 of them.
This was just what I needed. I've been concerned about how tight my legs have been feeling and just how much effort every run has been. This wasn't a walk in the park but it was an enjoyable effort.
