Holy cow I was so slow today. I don't remember the last time I ran this slowly. I felt okay so I decided to go for four but as soon as I started running, I felt yesterday's 20 miler in my legs. Particularly my right glute/hamstring. But it took maybe 2 minutes to feel better. I just kept it super easy (clearly). It felt good to get my legs moving and felt like the right way to recover.

I've noticed when my legs are tired, my left leg tends to want to bow out a bit. In particular when I wear my Brooks Ghosts. I only wear them usually for easy runs since they're my heaviest shoe. Today I noticed it more than normal. My boyfriend said this could be due to core strength which is irritating since I do core work regularly but I guess I'll just keep it up.
