Why do I run: To stay strong and fit. For my mental health - good for depression and anxiety! So I can eat more! Hehe. Guilt free chocolate is GOOD. Because it complements my yoga practice. Because it gets me out of the house. Because I LOVE being able to run for hours and not stop, it makes me feel invincible! |
