Great workout ( 8:44, 17:06, 25:04, 33:00, 40:45 ) Best run all year and it is due to Hill workouts :) Lifting my VO2 max to new heights. I wish I can continue this kind of training but today after this run I have really BAD left knee pain once again folks! No swelling but when I straighten the knee out when walking I see stars. I will stay doing the elliptical machine for a while and rest for a few days. I did the Leg machine (quads) sitting down and lifting the leg u parallel to the ground and back down again. Can this leg lifting mess up my knee? Somebody tell me what you think
