Forst workout since cross season. Felt alright. Better then I thought I would actually. Don't have the speed but my form was the best it ever has been. I wasn't pressing at all during the workout. Should've ran a longer cool down because I only got 8 miles total. Thats fine though, just will do two longer runs later.
