Sweet run in the Trails out at the Forest. Ran into Keegan at about 25 minutes and I turned around with him. Wish I would've started with him. He did 2 and a half hours out there. Said the trails were awesome on down the trail. It was the American Discovery Trail. I did an hour total. Lifted real good today, and was in the pool for a while.
