Loyola meet in Chicago. As for the race atmosphere, it was great. Over 3,800 athletes running today, junior high up through college. Tens of thousands viewers there and it was a really pretty place to be. The race, I just couldnt get it going. I guess my time is good considering I went out at 5:18 for the first mile. The last mile of the race was my fastest, so I started feeling better during the last two miles. I kind of got lost from our pack and it through me off not having people I knew to ruin with. Legs were not responding when I decided to surge. Overall I am pleased with the team. Several people PR'd today and our team got 8th place beating several D1 schools. Malone is pretty much dominating, putting 9 guys in front of me, look for them to win All-Ohio this year. As for me, I need to do better with pack running and big time races.
