Notes

Ran 1 mile warmup then 5 miles on the morning run. That was pretty fast, probably about 6:10 pace. Then we went to the Portsmouth track and ran a mile, fast on the straights and jog on the curves. Felt good to get the wheels churnin but still not much speed. Form was good. Then a 2 milee cool down.
