I ran good, but my leg hurt and coach told me to take it easy so I only did 6. I wanted to do more but it was probably best for me. I checked it out withthe Trainer, Boggs, said it was Vastus Medialis Oblique, which it a tendon that connects some muscles around my knee. Its making some other muscles hurt. I was over compensating while my calf was hurting most likely. Ill get treatment and ice it alot.
