Ran the trail in Kentucky for 5 miles then did 2 extra after we got back. ( Bryce and Hornick ) That hill was so challenging for me today, I went as hard as I could so it would completely drain me and it worked, really felt the muscles working, thats great. And, I didn't feel any pain so it was a great training run for me. Really beats the race that I had scheduled for today, got the same effect from this run.
