I LOVE THE 10k
once i got settled into a rhythm, i hit 94s consistently, then worked down to 93s and 92s until my final lap at 79sec haha.
in one of the first few laps, Sam Bond screamed, "You've waited for this your whole life!!" A girl racing behind me laughed and I out-loud over my shoulder said, "You have no idea." ^_____^
did i mention that i smiled for all 25 laps?? = LOVE LOVE LOVE
