Reached 5 mile point in 50:35, so a 10:07 overall average, or a 9:50 min/mi pace excluding the jogging. Overall average, excluding the jogging, was 9:41 min/mi pace. Triberry gu at the half, sips of water every ~2 miles. The run never felt awful but never felt particularly smooth or locked-in either.
