New route this year and this race officially went from difficult to insane! There is no off-road part any more, but much more ups and downs. Just as you think there is no way that there could be any more hills on the route it hits you with another 5 or more! We (me and Gert from ACRW) ran with Renier from the Nedbank club and at stages we had quite a big bus.
Obviously I ran much harder than I planned and now my seeding race next week hangs in the balance.
