Now we're cooking, feel like I'm getting my groove back now. Beautiful evening so took a run up to Discovery Park and managed a loop of the trail before night fell. Ran home again via the seafront watching the ships pass and sunset. Brilliant. Horrid painful run on Saturday in my Mizuno's so switched back to the ol' VFFs and wanted to just keep on running tonight.
