Notes
Lovely evening, decided to double up and go for another run, wanted to explore some of the neighbourhood roads I hadn't traversed yet. Came across a lovely garden filled with hummingbirds supping on nectar, buddleia and all other manner of flowery delicacies. Could hear the little birds loudly chirping away from a distance, very distinctive.
Just an easy run after the race this morning.
