Escape!!!
Little unnerving running in the dark without a clue as to where I was for most of the time, but felt great and a good confidence boost for Yakima. Really enjoyed the hills, especially as I kept on running and proved to myself that I could still tackle them and after this wretched running month haven't quite lost my legs yet.
