Pace wasn't bad at all, right quad cramped up really bad it just hurt, fell back for the second week in a row. Feeling pretty strong aerobically, the 6:40's didn't feel hard its just my legs don't have the pop, pretty understandable considering I have ran like 50 miles in the last 5 days which is basically the most I have ever ran in a week in quite some time.
