4x~160m "finishers" after the workout. Had the team do some of these after running a tempo, all out hill sprints, and another tempo, so teaching them to run fast on tired legs. Their track isn't that well marked for all of the odd distances like NCC's is. Really made me think how much I took that facility for granted when I was in college.
