My dad has found that Blackwell has an archery range so he now likes to go out there. Woke up early at 7 (but 6 because my body is still on Mountain time) to try and beat the stupid heat/humidity that is Illinois and I didn't want to run after work. My legs were feeling pretty shitty. Did 2 hills at the end, then 6 strides.
