Christmas Eve run with Peanut, Jasper, Chase, and Nolan. Good time and kept it chill even though I felt absolutely awful pretty much the whole time. HR was very high. I don't know why. Should probably try and get fit again. Did Cress Creek into Duck and then I had to leave to go to work and I think they went to all add on. Saw Al again as we were finishing the run.
