Mile at Whitewater. Since I still don't have a fast mile TFRRS mark I got put in the fucking 3rd (slowest heat). Al did not want me to take the lead so I got out in third and we went through 200 in 35 so I immediately took the lead and took off. I think I split 31.x for my next 200 because I think I was 67.x at 400. I then think I was 2:12-2:13 at 800 but after that I didn't have anyone behind me to race so the last 800 kind of sucked after that hard move. At the end of these solo races I know I am tying up but I can't believe how fucking slow I close. Tired of running these shit races solo.
