Aurora Invite 2015, pretty good first race of the year. My part 1 wasn't that good but with a tight start and being a few rows back there was little I could do but relax and pass people comfortably and not go crazy early on. I moved up well the first two miles with James and Baldanado. I dropped of Baldanado right after two miles in the forest and that third mile sucked as it was pretty muddy back there, definitely broke my rhythm but the last two miles were a lot better. Sucked though because I was doing a lot of running alone. My part 4 was pretty bad, that is a takeaway from today. I was not confident at all and finished no where near as strong as I could/should have. Overall, I am pleased with this as a first race but there is a lot of work to be done.
