4 hills at Blackwell. Good workout just to open up and hit some hills at a different hill than usual. I like mixing up the types of hill workouts I do. Definitely a lot different than last Friday obviously but I believe both types of workouts are needed. Enjoyed feeling the pain of Blackwell and putting myself in part 3 of the race in St. Louis. Legs were feeling really tired and I think 4 was the right amount, no need to kill myself and tire me out for next week and the rest of outdoor season in a 3rd workout of the week.
