Easy run with Tan. Went out and did about 2 miles on the sod fields to get some soft surface before cutting out and finishing with a loop through the neighborhood across from Crossroads. Did 5 hill sprints and a long stride (~150) after. Felt good on those. The run kinda felt like shit with my calves still being tight (especially the last 2 miles on the pavement after the sod fields at the beginning) but Tan and I had some good conversations and laughs.
