Good race tonight at the Alumni Mile. I was in the third heat and I knew most of this was going to be solo but Andrew Nelson hopped in and paced me through in 63/2:13-2:14 which is what I told him for 800. I led the next lap though 100 then Robles took a lap and then Crabs went around and took off. I moved around Robles but it was too late. I wish I would have went with Crabs right away. I'm happy with the time given how my legs were feeling.
