20x200 short rest.

I forgot my watch so the time is just a guess but it is pretty close. I was with Peanut for the whole workout and with Chase for almost all of it. I led the first one and we hit 35 low. After that the next couple were in the 34.x's and then after like 5 or 6 we worked down to 33.x's. Then from about 10-15 we were hitting 32.2-32.5 like clockwork. The last couple we got down to the 31 lows, 30 highs for the last two. I felt really smooth on this workout it was great. Working with the guys was awesome. We averaged under 40 secs rest with was maybe a little much but it was fine. Looking forward to Friday, should be a lot of fun.
