Notes

Starting off my legs felt like complete shit which was expected. By 35 mins in my legs felt better. The OE boys were doing the infamous 16x90 seconds on grass. Tan was solo the whole workout, so I joined him for the last 6 as a recovery fartlek. My legs had opened up nicely and I felt really smooth. Rest was just one minute walking. I felt really good on the cooldown.
