Wanted to do something a bit more so did a 2 min, 90 sec, 60 sec, 30 sec fartlek so a little bit more volume and strength work. Did 1 min easy in between each. Down Hillside was straight into the wind so that sucked. Went straight into the cooldown after the 30 secs. Went and got manual treatment from Jess after. Solid day overall. Enjoyed the nicer weather.
