Nice run this morning with Charles. It was great to chat and catch up with him. Met at West Aurora Forest Preserve and went out on the trails from there to the Gilman and did a loop around Blackberry Farms and then came back. The bike path on the Gilman was really slick though so that sucked. Pretty windy on the way out made it not as pleasant and the "workout" yesterday had my breathing a little higher as well. Still solid and nice to run with Charles before he goes back to Virginia tomorrow. We ran a lot of miles together in HS.
