Notes

Really solid workout today. 4 sets of 4x300 with 100 jog between reps and 400 jog between sets. However, Chase, Peanut, and I did the shorter jog back which I liked better. Our jog was about 45-50 seconds. Then our set jog was probably about 300m or so on the inside track. I started off with the first one easy in 54. We worked our way down throughout and most were 51.x's. to about 52 lows. The last couple were 50, 50, 49, 49, 47, 48. I felt super smooth the whole workout. Great group dynamics between the three of us.
