Notes

Elmhurst Early Bird. Well, this went much better than my Freshman year 2 years ago. I went out a little aggressively and I think I was 5:13 or so at the mile. I settled into part 2 and tried to find my rhythm but midway through the 2nd loop this weeks workouts and mileage and hip stuff got to me and my quads and lower back tightened up pretty bad. Just tried to grind it out but I faded back quite a bit. Lots to work on and improve on - my legs will get stronger with all the stuff and it well help. Just gonna use this as motivation because I wasn't too happy after this one.
