Felt pretty shitty, breathing sucked. I led the second calibration 200 and it was slow as shit (oops). Also, the whole workout was annoying because Ruffati literally cut me off to try and get ahead of me on every single fucking rep. On the last rep, he literally almost made Chase and I fall. Fucking idiot. We were flying the last rep, too. Got down to 27-28 for the last 3. Decent workout for how shitty I felt. Just need to get healthy for Friday.
