Nice run this afternoon with Dan, Finch, Tanner, Zachdiz, Licari, Bando, and Brady. Did extended cress creek without the arrowhead loop. Good pace, Bando, Brady, and I fell back a little before Royal St. George and just chilled and talked. Good and fun run. Strides in Res after. Nice day outside, wore half tights, a long sleeve, and gloves which was perfect.
