Notes
Not to pleased with this race. Wanted to run faster, or at least win. I didn't do either of those things. But Brendon and Jonah both ran really with and it was cool to go 1-2-3. Felt pretty flat today, not really sharp or poppy at all. I think we were 1:25 high-1:26 low at 600 so we didn't close fast at all. I kind of made a stupid move on the backstretch at 150 to go to get around Brendon but didn't fully commit and spent the last of the race in lane 2 which allowed Jonah to get past me on the homestretch. Barely ran faster today than this time last year so thats also why I am a little frustrated.
