Notes

3x(3x300) variation. The normal workout with:

first set: 100 hard, 200 float (48, 47, 48)

second set: 100 float, 100 hard, 100 float (all three 47.x)

third set: 200 float, 100 hard (all three 46.x)

Worked out with Isaac and Peanut who had a great workout. We went inside because of 20+ mph winds and temps in the 40's. Just floating 200's on Wednesday and then the open 800 on Friday at Benedictine.
